Article featured on the front page of The Daily Flush news letter at the Expo:
When/where/how was your comapany established?
In 1971, The Australian surfer and shaper Terry Fitzgerald created Hotbuttered surfboards. HB built a reputation worldwide based on quality, design productions and innovations introduced by TF and colored by Martin Worthington's airbrush. From the 80's, HB evolved it's surfing philosophy into other products including clothing during the 90's, and then sunglasses. Hot buttered international now distributes to 22 countries world-wide.
Terry Fitzgerald and HB have never lost sight of their roots- the thrill of riding waves and producing the best product possible for surfing.

What brought you to the Surf Expo? What do you plan on doing here to grow your brand?
We are exhibiting at the Surf Expo to establish leads for new stores wanting to carry our sunglasses. We are also hoping to create key relationships in the industry, meeting new partners, sales reps, team riders, and maybe even a few people interested in joining our team as full time employees! We will have our entire US product line on display in our booth.
